How painful is RCT.

Earlier RCT were immensely painful as the drilling equipments speed and efficiency were quite primitive as compared to the latest equipments used as on date. Also the success rate is almost 100% with the advent of lasers and better sterilization techniques being adopted. Digital imaging techniques at chairside enables 100% accuracy which was not the case even few years back.
